Little Jack's Spicy Egg Nog Recipe

Makes 1 Quart

Mix in small bowl
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp cinammon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
Dash of allspice

Beat 3 eggs in medium bowl
Note: If you want frothy egg nog, you will need to separate the whites from the yolks, beat whites until soft peaks form, beat yolks until lemon-colored.

While beating, slowly pour dry mix into combined beaten eggs.

Pour 1 quart of half-and-half into mix
Add 1 tsp of vanilla
Beat together

Set in fridge over night.
Taste test the next day. You may want to increase desired ingredients.

Serve by cup with a dash of nutmeg on top.

Note: I usually multiply everything by 4 to make a gallon, because it goes lickety split!
